Reintroduces in-game messages:

Text is displayed using a cyclical buffer.
Reflows original messages and renders their text proportionally to the fast memory buffer
- Works in RTG or AGA modes.
Fullscreen mode only for now.
Mixed C/ASM build only for now, pure ASM build to come.

Completely removes the old, non-functional messages code and tidies up some of the related code / data.
