Inventory Limits for Player 2 #108

@AndyLoft reports that the inventory limits introduced in the recent game_properties merge does not work correctly for player 2 in deathmatch. Pickups are collected but items are not added to the inventory.

This will teach me to test properly.

I've been unable to reproduce the reported issue - in a quick 2 player test, both players were able to accumulate ammunition up to the inventory limit.
