Vertical aim exaggerated in fullscreen #79

When playing in 2/3, projectiles are launched in the view direction, converging as expected on a point at the centre of the view, regardless of the players vertical aim. In fullscreen, this changes with projectiles aimed increasingly above the centre as you look up and increasingly below it as you look down. Finally, switching screen size while a projectile is in flight appears to change the trajectory to match what would have happened if the projectile was launched in the same size display.

This issue has been addressed by the updated maxlook and auto aim disable / crosshair work. There is probaby still some problem with projetile aiming but it isn't the one described by this issue and warrants a different report.
