Fix download link typo #41

This small PR fixes a typo on the "welcome popover" which is shown when you open Arrow.

Hi @ziga-miklic

Actually the whole phrase didn't make sense that much. I consulted with few resources and made sure that even with the typo being fixed, it wouldn't be grammatically accurate; so I changed it to more orthodox ''Downloadable Versions", together with few other revisions.
