Icons For Play, play from current node, play from left console,
Icons for cut, copy, paste and remove
Icons for resize window

Icons instead of text is necessary for sure; but in my humble opinion we're not ready for it yet. Some features may change and node-types need icons too. We can focus later on the graphics with a unified and smooth style/approach, making sure they look great on all the themes too.
