Included notification which could be used for commands or events
Renamed IQueryHandler and ICommandHandler to IRequestHandler which could be used for queries or commands
Documentation needs to happen before this can merge

Pretty nice but forces the use of the Response object, I've made a what I feel is a cleaner approach in https://github.com/mhinze/ShortBus/pull/27
