Hello!

First of all, thank you for creating the docker file!

Secondly, I tried installing and running the container in two scenarios (remote server and local NAS), and in both cases I am getting the following error when connecting:

Welcome to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-121-generic x86_64)

 * Documentation:  https://help.ubuntu.com
 * Management:     https://landscape.canonical.com
 * Support:        https://ubuntu.com/advantage

This system has been minimized by removing packages and content that are
not required on a system that users do not log into.

To restore this content, you can run the 'unminimize' command.

Unable to init server: Could not connect: Connection refused
Error: could not initialize graphical user interface and option add-price-quotes was not set.
       Perhaps you need to set the $DISPLAY environment variable ?
Run '-gnucash --help' to see a full list of available command line options.

I'm trying to fix the problem but maybe I thought you'd be able to help in case you already encountered this error.

Thank you,

Same thing here. I'm originally from ATX but have been in Melbourne for about 20 years. I reached out on Facebook a few minutes ago. I too am a Mac lover. I'm running a Qnap versus Synology but I have 12 M.2 SSD's in it in addition to lots of spinning disk and a EPYC processor. I'm getting tired of paying for Xero to generate a few invoices each month. I would love to get this functional. It seems to be running fine but I need to work out persistent storage and how you are leveraging X from your Mac?
