C source.. compile? use? #20

Another file I noted in C.. I think it would be better with a makefile somehow isolated.. rather than in matlab folder? /_work/2015/segem.io/SegEM/retina/segmentation/watershedBasedSeg/watershed_threeTimes3D.c

Not sure. Both of these files are written including the matlab mex-interface for simple use with Matlab, see: http://de.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_external/introducing-mex-files.html This makes it possible to use functions directly from within matlab, so I think this organization makes sense?

nice, another issue to close, I like closing issues, we should generate more issues XD
