Vietnam mOTP not working. No call received #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. My friend tried registering with +84909586798 on 
http://dial2verify.com/mOTP_Missed_Call_OTP_Authentication/SampleCode.html
2. Got success message and session id. But no missed call 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User should get a missed call

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Got it to work in .Net for India number. Where can I share the codebase?

The problem appears to be Phone OS specific, which is not able to render the 
missed call details.

mOTP platform connects with your device for a mere second or less, from the 
several tests performed to find the root cause, it was commonly observed that 
smartphones loaded with screen locks / phones with below 80% network 
connectivity were not able to detect and render the missed call received.

To implement the solution, we would be increasing the time of contact duration 
between phone device and the mOTP server instance.

He has same phone as mine, and it worked on mine in India. I also checked he 
had full bars on signal. He unlocked and checked too. Nope it is not working.
