Bug: "[media-downloader] Download Failed(ErrorCode=1)" & media-downloader thinking the download options are urls

Hello, I've had this problem in previous versions, but I have the latest version 4.2.0 installed. #298

Both in the base loader and in the batch loader the same loading error occurs.

The videos or audio themselves load, but they remain listed in the batch loader and the console gives an error.

The console output without specifying the "-f bestvideo+bestaudio" parameter:

I tried specifying "-f bestvideo+bestaudio" in the boot parameters - same error.

One of the options passed to yt-dlp is "Default" and yt-dlp thinks its a URL.

Not sure why this is happening in your system.

Are you sure you are running 4.2.0? What version do you see when clicking the "About" tab

I also tried removing the "https://www.youtube.com/ Default" line from the "Url Manager" section under Configure, but the result is similar - ErrorCode=1

1. Close Media Downloader.
2. Delete MD folder located at "C:/Users/ds/AppData/Roaming/media-downloader".
3. Start MD and check if the problem is still there.
