1) Remove LGPL-2+ for canonicalize.c (code removed in b93fdecfff2609b9b63e89c3b1a48a1c237e5253)
2) Remove entry for networkAccessManager.hpp (file renamed and eventually removed in 67e2566109b223a757de68881a3e40942b10be9f)
3) Fix directory for lxqt_wallet (moved into external_libraries)
4) Fix directory name for all the tcplay library entries
5) Add entry for external_libraries/tasks (BSD-2 license)
6) Add entry for zuluSafe/zuluwallet (BSD-2 license)
