Certain Course/Fields/Actions are not complete. They have at least 1 partial chunk #2

The following fields are know to have chunks missing. They all have a different number of read meshes in at least one chunk, when compared to the short value in the chunk table. "Got different lengths" in log file. ACTION/A18 COURSE/C04 FIELD/F000 FIELD/F010 FIELD/F100 FIELD/F222 FIELD/F300 FIELD/F320

This should be fixed in https://github.com/mholeys/roadtrip-choroq-tools/commit/192558840d9568adceaf6d69323e410be1c8fc50

The files listed above now do not have partially extracted chunks, all mesh counts seem to match the expected value for all chunks in all Courses/Fields and Actions
