Bumped to Go 1.16 and Caddy 2.4.6 minimum (I was getting an error when trying to run the tests cause of qtls-go)
I think it's probably time to drop the "experimental" notice in the README. Seems to work fine 👍
Ordered the Caddyfile examples first in the README because that's what most people use, and better if it's the first thing they see in the README (more terse), makes the README diff look messy though. Sorry.
