Use new Twitter API #60

Twitter revealed a new API today, hot on the heels of their major security breach: https://blog.twitter.com/developer/en_us/topics/tools/2020/introducing_new_twitter_api.html

Anyway, look into upgrading to their v2 API.

I have gotten about 50% of the rewrite completed, but this is impossible until their API includes the URL to media items: https://twittercommunity.com/t/fetching-original-video-url-media-object/145861 - the new API is currently in violation of the documentation.

Please pester in that thread until they fix it.

lol, that went from bad to worse... this'll never happen until X (Twitter) reverses course.
