Second uses of reset password links don't give an appropriate error message

The user just gets a blank screen. This may actually crash Instruct. Checking.

This seems to fine. The real issue is that I can 'back' into the password reset link.

I believe this does crash the app. Fixed the uncaught exception. The dialog still remains open, which is another issue.
