This is not an issue per-se... It's an open question. If I copy a set of lines from a spreadsheet, do I expect to see multiple lines (one per row?) Maybe? I don't know.
This is problematic in that it's probably a CR that would need to be parsed, and this might affect copying and pasting in other text.
Just give this some thought, and then close this as wontfix.
