Typing outside of a contenteditable should add new text, not risks reloading page #26

If you start typing outside of a context (for example, after a line has been deleted), you might risk hitting 'R' which will cause the page to reload and lose your content.

I think the new text is optional. But the risk of reloading the page is too much. Even if it just does nothing, that's fine.

Figured out how I was losing focus. When selected an autocomplete, I use 'downarrow' and enter to select it. This sequence ends with focus on no line. This should change. Selecting an autoselect should place the focus on the end of the line.... (I think)
