fixed mix space/tab issue #13

Hi - this PR fixes a few items:

  1. The issue with mixed spaces/tabs in fastqgz_to_counts.py
  2. Proper functionality with pandas v>1.0.
KeyError: "Passing list-likes to .loc or [] with any missing labels is no longer supported.

which allows for the following files to be created:

process_experiments_genetable_collapsed.txt
030_fig_volcano_plot.png
031_fig_volcano_plot.png
