A few bug fixes and such. #268

-Removed settings menu option since it's not going to be used. -Fixed the bug on pressing the back button at ProfileActivity. -Got rid of More Info button and cleaned the layout up a bit. -Got rid of a few style problems and TODOs that were no longer needed.
