Add Swipe dialog for usage help #326

For any frist time user in the customer app RestaurantMainActivity a dialog should pop up showing the user to swipe to the left to see the restaurant menus

Again one of those things I want to work on but i don't want to destroy our testing framework and take 2 hours to get it functional again. :-1:
