Action bar layout changes #370

Changed button text/images to red, background to tan

I looked all over google and stack overflow, but couldn't figure out how to change the "DineOn" action bar text to red, as well as the background/text of the dropdown menu in the action bar, so those are still the same.

Good job. I like the bill icon a lot better than the old one, I always thought it looked too much like the options menu icon on tablets. Is also disappointing that we're not going to be able to change the theme of the action bar, but out of our control I guess.
