Cropping of Polydata crops unsymmetrically (probably because of applied inverse sform transform)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a nifti and vtk file with sform coordinates
2. select the "special" tab and crop the polydata using the dx slider
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* the polydata should be cropped either only from one side or symmetrically to 
the center of the dataset.
* best: have two sliders to crop from each side

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* brainGL development version "1252:0cd3de18a4c7" May  8 2014 09:20:09

Kind of working as intended but I will make an option to stick the nx, ny, nz 
value to slice positions
