Added Farsi Translation Strings

I really enjoyed your awesome app. So, in less than 12 hours i translated its strings. By the way, I know nothing of Kotlin.For this, just searched for language resources - mainly Arabic and mimicked the file/folder structure for Persian. So, if there were any Issue, please let me know.

Hey Mohammad, Here's my contribution to your awesome project.

By the way, bear in mind that this change still needs further changes in calendar system to be fully usable Persian users. I mean, it may need Persian specific date/time modules to adapt to Persian calendar (also known as Jalali, Khorshidi or Shamsi calendar) which may need lunar Arabic calendar side by side, too.
