I'd like an option for where to store files and folders for notes.

I'm using NextCloud and sync's files with phone and laptop. It would be nice to store my notes in a folder which is sync'ed. Then I have access to my .md notes made on my laptop. Well I don't know the format for notes but markup would be nice.
