User profile core admin

Create a way to get user input to create their profile Information required includes;

• Income float or int idc
• City str
• State str
• Married? bool
• Number of working adults (is anyone stay at home?) int
• Number of children int
• Current age int
• Expected retirement age int
• Expected death age rip in peace int
• Expected cost of living (will display the calculated one from MIT for our users to reference) float
• Expected cost of extraneous expenses (for funsies if you will, can give the recommended 20% if we really wanna show that) float
