HTML banners, WOOT! #104

Now that the htmlmin task supports "ignored" comments, I want to add HTML banners (mostly for the heck of it).

I've discussed some of the details here.

Goal: Use grunt-asciify to add dynamic l33t text to HTML docs, right after the doctype. :+1:
