Create a rex-ette version #131

Need "small" version. Right now, the baseline is geared for medium to large typography. I want to setup something small.

Maybe the base font size should be 13px?

Would be interesting to see if it's possible to do, mostly for the sake of gaining more experience with SASS and baseline math/grids.

I've setup the styles to make it easier to change up the font sizes. Might be good to have an example of how one could use REX for a smaller font size overall.
