Sorry if this is the incorrect place to post this concern, as it may not be a true issue, but I am unsure where else to turn. I am currently running miRA full suite on my 10 TB Linux:
miRA full -c config_parameters.config merged_sam_file.sam genome.fasta ./miRA_results/
The program seemed to be running fine and entered the "coverage testing of candidates" process on Thursday, September 26 at 01:25:50 2019. However, it is now Monday, September 30, and the program hasn't budged from coverage testing. I scoured the web for others discussing the run time of miRA, but searches have not been lucrative. I am just wondering if this computing time is typical of this stage of the program? I don't want to force quit and give up on the process if so, but it just seems odd to me.

Thanks greatly for any insight.
