Hi Can someone please tell me how to use this utility. I’ve installed Visual Basic and created the EXE file but still no success. How are we supposed to use this utility?

Something strange happened! The first time that I ran it, it worked flawlessly but it stopped working afterwards. Do you know what’s the issue? Cheers
