Removed UNIQUE constraints on response_word and response_url columns.
Add multi-column UNIQUE constraint with the response_word and response_url columns.
Enables caching of multiple sources for the same word.

Thank you for your contribution. I think some extra work might be needed, like updating old db table schema, checking if fetching and storing logics are still ok, etc. I'll work on it within one day or two.

Updated to v3.6.4
