add CFI flags in mi8937_defconfig #1

kernel tree already has CFI commits same as: CFI commit in Mido Google's CFI for Clang commit hence added CFI flags in default disabled mode

Damn I only wanted to commit the CFI flags Idk how pull requests work :P Also I messed up authorship on GCC LTO & Graphite commits ;_;
