Add "Employer" to Ecounters report

There is a custom column create by Demoographic layout called empl_list

We want to add a column to the right of ID on encounter report that has header "Employer" based on this column, that is sortable and a filter under dates for employer, which will need to pull from the "Employer Organization" List in list options. Please use standard list options function for creating listbox UI.
