For the github pages site, we want the home page to include the following:

[ ] Visual map at the top of the page (e.g. the Grafana dashboard)
[ ] Table with sensor name (hyperlinked to relevant grafana dashboard), daily report link, monthly report link, yearly link, etc...

@Rittik047 this will involve creating a .qmd quarto file to serve as the homepage.
