Clean up and check standards of repo before public release

Before making the repo public it must be reviewed for any issues listed below and other security concerns;

[x] Ensure Prettier and Lint configs and scripts are in place and working
[x] Check for redundant dependencies and use github vulnerability checker
[x] Bring in branch versioning and protections
[x] Bring in PR and merge protections
[x] Ensure code is in line with our current best practices, is clean and well-documented
[x] Design have reviewed the app
[x] Remove sensitive information - are there secrets or personal information stored
[x] Add licence file
[x] Add contribution guidance
[x] Review commit history for sensitive information
[x] Tag versioning for stable release
