Scope

In this commit we aim to establish our own version of the flask-rest-jsonapi as flask-rested-jsonapi

Development

Reworded the readme to reflect that this is the fork of the original repository
Configured the setup.py to show our contact information as well as the new name for the project
Setup a basic CI in github
