I am going to create a pollß to vote for logos but I will give one week to get more ideas, if you are good at this, add your suggestion, or if you know somebody, ask them :)

minor suggestion / possible guideline - make sure to include .png files as well as the original source format, whatever that may be, e.g. .ai or .xcf. Also nice to have svg format if possible - this enables the graphic to scale to any size.

They are all good, but my preference is the top right, where miRTop is above and it is in the orange color. Great job!
