How to name miRNAs of species not included in miRBase #68

Hi, I would like to name miRNAs of species not included in miRBase. If I only have the gff file of these miRNA and the genome file of this specie. I know that we must align these miRNAs to the mature sequences of miRBase firstly. But what to do next？ Can you tell me how can I name miRNAs? Can mirtop do it？ Thank you very much!
