Mozilla Firefox IE 9/10/11>> Highlight issue. #30

When we click on any of the button mentioned below, it opens in a new tab but the button remains highlighted and dotted frame is seen around the button.

I don't see this as an issue as this is a natural browser behavior and is used for accessibility reasons, but I've removed the outline.
