Video element: on click, it doesn't pause, instead it prompts to upload a new video

• Behavior: a user would expect that clicking on the video pauses the video, but instead it prompts the user to upload a new video

• Steps to Reproduce:

  • Create an account or log in with an existing account
  • On the homepage, click on an existing project or create a new project
  • On the project page, upload a video if no video is already uploaded by clicking on the "plus" icon
  • Then try to pause the video by pressing on the video rather than the pause button on the scrubber

• Device: MacBook Air; OS: MacOS; Browser: Chrome

• The issue is not a time-sensitive issue, but if addressed, will greatly improve the user experience
