Bugfix issue #94 #95

This PR addresses the following issues found in #94

Remove events from Navbar
Job search doesn't work when pressing enter (need key press event)
Remove indexing via description from Algolia search
Fixed local development as it was not working due to firebase plugin not having access to environment variables

Also fixed some minor warnings.
