The site parsing was broken for a while; the changes required to fix it and the guaranteed need for more fixes in the future as the site layout changes makes it too much of a maintenance burden. The only thing that was still "functioning" was the callsign is available message.
And today it broke completely with the same bug as #446, as ae7q.com seemingly moved to Apache/2.4, along with getting SSL/TLS errors in many clients.
