Remove these functions

Task<IReadOnlyList>? GetDayTimeOffRequestResultList(string emplCode, string year);
Task<IReadOnlyList> GetAllEmployeeDayTimeOffRequestList(string emplCode);

Add a new parameter for this function

Task<IReadOnlyList> GetAllEmployeeDayTimeOffRequestList(string emplCode); Add year so it pulls all the request lists per year
