Instead of opening ssh, config window is opened. #64

I don't know if this is a Putty or Puttycyg issue, but I am not sure how to 
trouble shoot it.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /C/Users/rbram/apps/Java/puttycyg-20101029/putty.exe -ssh username@host

What is the expected result?  What happens instead?
It should open an SSH session. Instead it opens the putty configuration window.

PutTTYcyg version: puttycyg-20101029
Cygwin version: CYGWIN_NT-6.1-WOW64 1.7.9(0.237/5/3) 2011-03-29 10:10
Windows version: Windows 7

Do you have any firewall software installed? Yes, Avast.

Sorry, fixed this by downloading latest putty exe from 
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html and just using 
that exe for this purpose.. leaving puttycyg just for launching cygwin. Sorry 
about the bother.
