Would be nice if the puttycyg application could be signed, would save user the work of needing to Unblock it #72

Currently when downloading puttycyg, you need to put it in a directory other 
than Program files, and go through each binary, rightclicking it and taking 
Unblock, for puttycyg not to create a warning box on each open.

(Just figuring out you need to move it out from the Program files directory for 
this to work is a bit of an effort, as at least on Windows XP, the Unblock 
fails silently when it's in Program files)

If it would be signed, users could just move it straight into Program files and 
start using it.
