make_certificate.sh does not delete /tmp/random.dat

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run make_certificate.sh in a directory other than /tmp
2. ls -l /tmp/random.dat (still sitting there)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

All you need to do is apply this patch:

Shouldn't this line be changed as well?
 openssl rand -rand file:random.dat 0
