BGC0000299 uses a custom genbank file, but is a duplicate of BGC0000314 #184

Affected BGC 299 and 314

Describe the error BGC299 has a custom genbank input instead of an NCBI GenBank accession, despite being shared with BGC314 which uses NZ_AHCC01000002.1. All overlapping genes have 100% identity with the other cluster.

The two entries also use the same reference paper.
