Retire BGC0001817 (vancosamine) #253

For the reasons given here; I think this comment fell through the cracks:

In addition to this, I would be in favour of removing BGC0001817 (vancosamine), because:

  • it is only producing one of the three intermediate product for BGC0001619
  • it is not a gene cluster (some genes are 74kb apart)
  • the other sugar BGC for rhamnose, also required for vancosamine synthesis, is not in MIBiG anyway
