According to the single referenced paper, the NRPS genes are not colinear in the pathway. In the entry they have been annotated as colinear. The cross-gene module from TotB3 and ToTB2 (ATL73045.1 and ATL73046.1 in the reference sequence) do not load glycine, they actually load threonine.
This pushes all the substrates/monomers of ATL73036.1 (with 5 NRPS modules) one along, so one of the annotations does not belong the gene at all and the others will be incorrect for any tool that extracts A domain sequences expecting them to match what was listed in the entry.
