Remember the last selected timezone #2

Upon reboot, the first timezone is selected.

This should happen via Gio/GSettings (verifiable via dconf). I can't reproduce it.

Feel free to reopen it if it's still a problem now (and my apologies for making you wait >5yrs for this reply, I haven't had a regularly-used GNOME3 desktop in quite some time...).
