Frontend apps pull data always from staging backend instead of deployed backend #16

Looks like the backend URL is hardcoded for the frontend apps. On our own deployed version, the frontend apps are pulling data from the staging environment backend (http://api.micadoproject.eu) instead of our own deployed backend (using docker-compose)
